Why Do They Do That? Understanding Symptoms and Situations of Dementia

Kicking off Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, this webinar is designed to help attendees understand why people living with dementia may sometimes say or do things that are unexpected or challenging. It will address some of the many changes that occur in the brain during the progression of the disease, and how these changes contribute to responses and reactions. Attendees will gain awareness of the factors that contribute to interactions when dementia is involved and learn practical ways to improve these interactions.
