We’ve learned that adopting healthy habits can be good for your body, and for your brain. Sessions 4-8 take a deeper, interactive study into the lifestyle interventions of exercise & physical health, diet & nutrition, cognitive activity, social engagement, and quality sleep. Based on research and resources from the Alzheimer’s Association, learn more about these interventions and practice implementing them into your daily life. You may sign up for individual sessions, even better to register for the entire series!
