Safe Walking: A Strengths-Based Approach to Wandering

AFA CARE CONNECTION WEBINAR – JULY 2024

July 11 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT

Safe Walking: A Strengths-Based Approach to Wandering

Wandering has long been associated with terms such as elopement, endangered, aimless, getting lost. Yet the act of walking has so many benefits that need to be promoted: improved circulation, socialization, sense of purpose, just to name a few. Learn how to create positive and caring environments that promote movement, while addressing the risks associated with wandering.
