AARP’s popular Prepare to Care Guide is designed to help families develop and implement a caregiving plan for a loved one or friend. Join AARP Indiana to learn how to implement its key guidance. Topics to be covered include:

• How to approach difficult yet vital conversations about caregiving 

• Strategies for assessing your loved one's needs  

• Tips for organizing important documents  

• Self-care for caregivers  

• Helpful tools such as checklists, medication charts, and contact lists  

Viewers will have the opportunity to ask questions.
